Flour is a food product obtained as a result of grinding grains of various crops. Flour can be made from such varieties of grain crops as wheat, spelt, rye, buckwheat, oats, barley, millet, corn, rice and dagussa. The bulk of flour is produced from wheat. It is a necessary component in the manufacture of bread. Wheat baking flour is divided into grades: krupchatku, higher, first, second, wallpaper.

Meal (German Schrot, the main meaning is small pieces, trimmings) — concentrated feed; a by—product of oil extraction production. It is obtained after extracting fat from oilseeds with organic solvents in distillers and evaporators. Depending on the raw materials, sunflower meal (or sunflower), soy, rapeseed, mustard, cotton, castor, hemp, etc. are distinguished. Meal is a valuable high—protein feed product.

Wheat flour of the highest grade

Wheat flour is flour obtained from wheat grains. Wheat flour is one of the most popular types of flour for baking.

Wheat flour of the highest grade is most common in the manufacture of higher grades of flour products. Wheat flour of the highest grade has good baking properties, products made from it have a good volume and fine developed porosity.

Qualitative indicators of the wheat flour of the highest grade exported by our company:

– Whiteness – 60 units .;

– Gluten – at least 28 %;

– IDC – at least 70%

Wheat flour of the first grade

Wheat flour of the first grade is the most common. Flour of the first grade is good for unsavory, and for baking various bread products. Finished products from it harden more slowly.

Sunflower granulated meal

Sunflower meal is a valuable high–protein feed product, which is obtained from sunflower seeds. Meal is indispensable as a high-protein additive in the production of animal feed and all types of birds, as it contains natural proteins, fiber, vitamins E and B, potassium, phosphorus and other minerals.

Sunflower meal is a valuable feed, which contains 30-43% of crude protein, a rich set of essential amino acids such as cystine, tryptophan and methionine, in particular a high content of methionine, which has a beneficial effect on the growth and development of young animals. Compared with cake, the meal contains slightly more crude protein (30-43% crude protein), but less fat – no more than 1.5%.
Sunflower meal is produced in granular and non-granular form.

To date, it is very popular among livestock breeders, due to its high qualities at a relatively low cost. The use of sunflower meal in the feeding diet allows to increase the productivity of animals and improve the quality of livestock products, in particular, there is an increase in daily milk yields of cows and the fat content in milk.

Toasted soybean meal

Toasted soybean meal is a product of processing soybeans after extracting vegetable oil from them with the use of additional moisture and heat treatment. The significant protein and energy content in the meal makes it possible to make high-protein and high-energy diets without the use of expensive components of animal feed. Soybean meal is widely used in feeding all types of farm animals, poultry and fish, as well as for the production of feed products.

The qualitative parameters of toasted soybean meal are as follows:

– Humidity – 12 %;

– Mass fraction of ash – 0.6 %;

– Mass fraction of metal impurities – 0.004 %;

– Protein – 48.5 %;

– Mass fraction of fat – 2.5 %;

– Mass fraction of crude fiber – 4.5 %;

– Total energy nutritional value – 1.37 %;
